Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link that provides the most up-to-date information about your order status.
Regrettably, we are unable to hold boxes for future delivery dates. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations:
Once orders have been processed, we cannot accept cancellations. Processing times may vary and can occur anywhere from immediately to up to 48 hours after placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to sales@aminosnacks.com to inquire about your order status.
Address Corrections:
If you have entered your address incorrectly, please email us at sales@aminosnacks.com as soon as possible to inquire about your order status. While we will make every effort to assist you with the change, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify your address, as we collaborate with external courier companies and must adhere to their timelines.
PO Boxes:
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide us with a physical address for us to deliver your balls.
Missed Deliveries:
Once an item has left our warehouse, we encourage customers to stay updated on the delivery progress using their tracking link. In the event of unsuccessful deliveries, items will be taken to the nearest depot location for pickup.
It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package from the designated pickup location. Amino Balls is not liable for packages that are not collected, and will not issue refunds, or resend products, if they are deemed available by the courier.
Damaged in Transit:
For any packages that have been damaged during transit, please contact us promptly at sales@aminosnacks.com. Include pictures of the damaged items and their expiry date (located on the side of individual balls) in your email. We will initiate a trace with the courier right away. If the balls are no longer consumable, we will process a replacement once the trace is complete.
Lost in Transit:
For any packages that are lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@aminosnacks.com. We will initiate a trace with the courier immediately and process a replacement as soon as the courier confirms the package is lost.
Refrigeration Policy:
Our balls must be stored in the fridge as soon as you receive the package. Our balls are safe to enjoy on the go for up to 5 days without refrigeration, even at room temperature, without compromising quality.
Return Policy
Refunds and Returns:
Due to being a food item that requires refrigeration, our balls are considered final sale. Nevertheless, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues with your balls, please contact us at sales@aminosnacks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
